sometimes you wonder if there is ever anyone out there who can help you when you are Self Harming. sometimes you are not sure if you can trust anyone with your situation. i need you to believe in yourself and believe that there are people out there who are willing to listen to what you have to say and really want to help you.
Who can you call?
- Kids Help Line 1800 55 1800: This is Australia's only free, confidential and anonymous, telephone counselling service specifically for young people aged between 5 and 25.
- Lifeline 131 114: Offers a counselling service that respects everyone’s right to be heard, understood and cared for. They provide information about other support services that are available in communities around Australia.

just remember. there is always someone who wants to help you. you may not feel like it in the beginning, but know, if you can't talk to someone close to you maybe you should try talking to someone anonyomously. they are not there to judge you or make fun of you, they are there to support you and your road to a healthy and hermless life.
